Terms of Service

Last updated 10 August 2026

The agreement between you and Omoja Shop when you open a store or browse one.

This document is published in English only. The English version is the one that applies.

Who you are dealing with

Omoja Shop is operated by Nasara Core. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "Omoja", they mean Nasara Core.

You can reach us at info@ussdly.com or on +233 54 092 1960.

By opening a store, or by using a storefront as a buyer, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What Omoja does, and what it does not do

Omoja gives a business a hosted storefront with its own web address, a product catalogue, and a button that opens a WhatsApp conversation with the seller.

That button is where Omoja stops. The sale itself is agreed directly between the buyer and the business, in their own WhatsApp conversation. We are not a party to it.

  • Omoja never takes payment for an order and never holds anyone’s money.
  • Omoja does not ship anything, and has no part in delivery or collection.
  • Omoja does not verify that a listed product exists, is in stock, or is as described.
  • Omoja cannot issue a refund for an order, because it never received the payment.
  • Disputes about an order are between the buyer and the business. We can act on a store that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, but we cannot settle a private transaction.

Your account

You need an account to run a store. Give accurate details and keep them current, because we use your email address to reach you about billing, security and moderation.

You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you give access to. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be entitled to sell what you list.

Your store and your content

Your products, photos, descriptions and store name remain yours. We do not claim ownership of any of it.

You give us permission to host, copy, resize and display that content, for the purpose of running your storefront and showing it in the Omoja store directory. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your store, apart from copies in routine backups, which age out on their own.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload. Photographs taken by someone else, and brand names belonging to someone else, are the two that cause real trouble.

Your web address

Your store gets a name under our domain. Some names are reserved because they would collide with our own systems or could be used to impersonate us, and those cannot be claimed.

We can reclaim an address that infringes someone else’s trade mark, impersonates another business, or was registered mainly to resell. We will contact you before doing so unless the situation is urgent.

Plans, billing and cancellation

There is a free plan and a paid plan. The paid plan is billed in advance through Paystack, our payment processor, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancel whenever you like. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the plan then reverts to free rather than closing your store.

When a store returns to the free plan and holds more products than the free plan allows, the extra products are hidden, not deleted. Paying again brings them back exactly as they were.

We do not refund part of a period that has already started. If we change the price, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short window and email you. If it keeps failing, the store moves to the free plan.

Suspending or closing a store

We can suspend or remove a store that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, that is being used to defraud buyers, or that we are legally required to remove.

Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it before acting. For serious harm, such as fraud in progress, we act first and explain afterwards.

You can appeal any suspension by writing to us, and a person will look at it.

You can close your store at any time from your settings. That deletes your store and your account data, and it cannot be undone.

Availability

We work to keep Omoja online and fast, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, failures at our hosting or payment providers, and problems outside our control all happen.

We do not offer a service level guarantee, and we do not credit fees for downtime.

Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or losses arising from a transaction between a buyer and a business. Our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us during that period.

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will meet your commercial expectations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a change that materially affects you, we will email you at least fourteen days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Omoja after that date means you accept the change.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.

Talk to us first. Most problems are settled faster by email to info@ussdly.com than by anything formal.
